Whether you're navigating the emotional shifts of pregnancy, the challenges of new parenthood, or the impact of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to thrive within this transformational season.
With more than 20 years of experience working directly with pregnant and parenting families, along with advance training and education in perinatal mental wellness, I am dedicated to supporting parents foster strong mental health and well-being within their families.
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) are the #1 medical complication to childbirth.
1 in 5 women experience PPD
1 in 10 fathers experience PPD
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders include: depression, bipolar, anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychosis.
While specific symptoms and experiences may be different for each individual, some of the symptoms of anxiety and depression are:
Feelings of sadness/overwhelmed
Irritability and Anger
Difficulty with eating and/or sleeping
