As humans we are all messy, beautiful, complicated and valuable. We all experience struggle on some level. How we respond to our struggles in our day-to-day living is where the differences lie. Are you experiencing challenging life events or feel stuck and desire change?  Through our time together, I can assist you as you find new ways of feeling connected to your authentic self and others, process hurt and trauma, decrease anxiety, and develop self-trust.

In my therapy practice, I specialize in working with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen a healthier connection. Together, we identify and shift unhelpful or destructive patterns while also recognizing and building on the strengths that already exist in the relationship. My goal is to not only create a supportive space where both individuals feel heard and respected, but to also help partners create a more supportive and resilient dynamic, rooted in mutual respect and clarity. Together, we work toward a relationship that feels more solid and supportive.

Along with adults and couples, I also have the privilege of working with adolescents, a population I deeply enjoy supporting. I find it incredibly rewarding to support young people through the complex challenges of adolescence, helping them navigate emotional growth, build resilience, and cultivate a strong sense of self. In my practice I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows teens to explore their identity and develop the confidence needed to move forward with clarity and purpose.
